Trustees Executors has announced that Richard Klipin, Non-Executive (Independent) Director, is leaving the board of directors and stepping down as Chair of their Audit, Risk, and Compliance Committee.

Rob Russell, Chair of the Trustees Executors board, expressed his gratitude for Richard’s dedicated service over the past five years.

“Richard has provided immense expertise, dedication, and time during his five-year tenure in both positions. We wish him all the best in his future endeavours,” says Rob.

Although the two positions are currently vacant, Rob expressed his confidence in announcing the appointments soon.

“We have already started the process of identifying potential candidates for the Chair of ARCC and Non-Executive Director positions. We are confident that we will be appointing people to these positions soon and look forward to announcing them when we have the opportunity,” says Rob.

Trustees Executors is a Statutory Trustee Company and Licensed Supervisor governed by a Board of Directors. The Board comprises individuals with extensive experience in areas such as technology, strategic thinking, governance, risk management, and financial services industry knowledge. They have a deep understanding of the fiduciary responsibilities that come with such a company.

The Audit, Risk, and Compliance Committee reports to the Trustees Executors Board.
