As an experienced leader with international exposure, Elizabeth has managed up to 100 personnel in branch locations spanning Wellington CBD and Wellington North regions. Her career has involved senior frontline leadership, coaching and development, and a stint in Sydney while working for an insurance broking firm.

Elizabeth’s approach to leadership is centred on cultivating a positive culture across her department, which increases engagement and productivity among her team. She is passionate about developing team members and selflessly promoting them internally, which has resulted in numerous professionals within the registry service moving into new roles across Trustees Fund Administration and Trustees Executors. Her leadership skills have been recognised nationally with awards in leadership excellence.
